This triple rose in need of saving
After some pretty careful gluing together of the carving the rose bars were removed.
Next the delicate rose by Ivo Magherini) was removed from the theorbo belly.
New belly for a theorbo
This theorbo belly sustained some pretty serious damage, but it was possible to rescue and reuse the original rose.
